Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

• The item received is damaged
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing defect

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• All original tags and accessories must be included

Exchange Request Process

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided.
• Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched.

Important Notes

• We do not offer refunds.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Delivery charges may apply for exchanges unless the issue is due to our error.
